Help us put on our production of the classic children's book, The Wizard of Oz, for the Children's Department! Each rehearsal will count as one hour of community service.

New to machine embroidery? Come learn how the library’s embroidery machine works by making a Spring-inspired botanical hoop during your own one-on-one session. All materials will be provided. Each participant can make one hoop.

Creative Writer's Workshop with Anne

This will take place at the Moriches Branch.

Earn one community service hour and improve the library by sharing your opinions.  For students in grades 6 through 12 with a valid MMS library card. 

Bring your favorite poem or listen to us read ours! Ms. Currao (WFHS Special Education teacher), Nick Nappi (program manager) and other friends will be in attendance. This is a program for those with special needs that are 18 and older.

Grades 1-5.

 Paint some colorful spring kites with Le Petite Picassos!   

Drop-in to pet a therapy dog, tell a story or read a few pages of your favorite book.
