Do you have an interest in reading and trivia? Advanced Battle of the Books is a county-wide competition for teens in grades 9 through 12. We will compete with other Suffolk County libraries in February. Attend a meeting to join our team!

This will take place at our Mastic Beach Branch

You didn’t know libraries could be haunted? Ghostly librarians have been known to “shhhh!” noisy patrons and help people find books by pushing desired volumes off shelves.

Join us to learn about our new sublimation printer. Participants can create a customized notebook design with pictures and/or images of their choice. We will be using Canva to format our designs.

Need help preparing for the General Educational Development Test known as GED?  This program will help get you started. Focus will be on math and reading/writing.

Build spooky garland to be given out at the Library's costume swap. One hour of community service will be awarded. This is a program for teens in grades 6 through 12.

Join us biweekly for tabletop gaming adventures designed just for teens! Whether you're a seasoned player or new to dice and strategy, this program offers a fun and inclusive space to explore various tabletop games.

A place where any teen can come down to discuss any topic they want in a judge-free atmosphere. Where they will feel accepted and appreciated for the differences that make them unique.

Pretend it's the arcade days with some retro NES games on the Nintendo Switch! Eat snacks and try to get the highest score! For grades 6 through 12.

A unique program where teens get to pick topics that are of concern to them that will be discussed among their peers in a judgement free and open atmosphere.

Join Mr. Casper for a watch party! Watch a variety of current movies/series and stay for a discussion over pizza.
