Help decorate the library by getting it ready for the spring season! Earn 1 hour of community service. For teens in grades 6 through 12 with a valid MMS library card. 

Start your engines racers! Race cars throughout the Teen Department in an epic tournament!

Do you have an interest in reading and trivia? Advanced Battle of the Books is a county-wide competition for teens in grades 9 through 12. We will compete with other Suffolk County libraries in the Spring. 

Grab a prompt, write a story, and share it with the group or keep it for yourself.

Help us put on our production of the classic play Peter Pan for the children’s department!
Rehearsals will count as one hour of community service each. Speak to Mr. Kyle in the Teen Department if you'd like to join!

Earn one hour of community service by designing cards for hospitalized kids. For students entering grades 6 through 12 with a valid MMS library card. 

Draw, paint, sketch and explore art with Mr. Casper. This is a drop-in program.

This Boating Safety Course offered by the US Coast Guard Auxiliary is an introductory course that fulfills Federal and NY State requirements to operate a personal watercraft and recreational vessel on NY waterways for ages 10 years and older.

Make cat and dog toys that will be donated to the Brookhaven Animal Shelter. One hour of community service is available for students in grades 6 through 12 with a valid MMS library card.
