Event Details
Come to this workout using a ball for strength training and to improve posture, flexibility, and mobility. There will be a warmup first, ball incorporated into the workout, and ending with a cool down. Please bring weights and a yoga mat if desired.
Please register for only ONE of the four sessions listed (either Tuesday or Thursday in March OR April). Registration is limited to one session per patron per newsletter cycle.
