This free, multi-session program is offered by the Suffolk County Department of Health Services and is based on the CDC's Clinical Practice Guidelines for treating nicotine dependence; focusing on the physical, behavioral and psychological aspects of nicotine dependence. Nicotine Replacement Therapies are available for a nominal fee. Those who use all forms of tobacco including cigarettes, chew, cigars and electronic cigarettes are welcome.
