This is a hybrid chair boxing class that is fun, high energy. This workout blends boxing techniques with strength, cardio, and functional movement. Attendees can stay in the chair the whole class or stand if they choose. The instructor is a professional boxer. The instructor will show boxing fundamentals such as different punching techniques, core strengthening, balance and more. The class is inclusive and adaptable. Gloves are provided.
