Grades K-2. 

Make your own sweet, stretchy slime using cherry Jell-O—it’s fun to play with and safe to eat!

This program may not be suitable for those with food allergies. 

Our Sourdough 101 class teaches you the basics of Sourdough. Carefully craft your own starter and be ready to go home to begin your sourdough journey. Learn the basics such as feeding, shaping, technique, and you’ll even get to taste!

Grades 3-5. 

Love to mix, stir, and create? Join us each month as we explore basic cooking techniques, safe food handling, and tasty recipes. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and appetite! 

Let’s take a little trip to the Dominican Republic, no passport required. We’ll recreate a casual Dominican dinner inspired by the kind of meals enjoyed at the beach in Boca Chica, simple, flavorful, and meant to be shared.

Grades 1-5.

Suffolk County Farm will be at our Library as they teach you how to make ice cream the old-fashioned way, with a hand-crank! Then enjoy samples of your homemade treat!

Join A Mano Baking to learn how to Cheddar Jalapeño Scones. Patrons are required to bring their own mixing bowl and utensil of their choice.
