Classes will be held May 11 and 12. You must attend both sessions to receive your certificate.

Ages 2-5 with one adult or caregiver. 

A full body workout using resistance bands and weights to improve strength and flexibility. The workout includes cardio to strengthen the heart and improve circulation.

Grades K-5. 

Slime with a twist: mix it, stretch it, and watch it bubble and fizz! 

In this class, participants will learn the basics of how to start a vegetable garden.  This presentation will also go over the most common types of vegetables that can be planted in the garden.
