This is a hybrid chair boxing class that is fun, high energy. This workout blends boxing techniques with strength, cardio, and functional movement. Attendees can stay in the chair the whole class or stand if they choose.
Make cat and dog toys that will be donated to the Brookhaven Animal Shelter. One hour of community service is available for students in grades 6 through 12 with a valid MMS library card.
