 Let’s make edible gingerbread sandcastles!
 

The HWCLI connects Long Islanders with SNAP benefits by assisting with application and enrollment and providing necessary education and outreach.

In this class you will learn the basics and be certified to perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) from trained Shirley EMS staff.

Entering grades K-2 with an adult/parent/caregiver. 
 

Entering Grades 2-5

Craft and decorate your own sea creature decoration! 

Families with children entering grad 6 or younger. Drop-In, No registration required.

It’s Family Fun Day with the SLED! 

Ages birth-23 months with an adult.
 

Bring your little one for a fun baby play date! This is an unstructured meetup meant for play, exploring and socializing.

Ages 18 months - 5 years with an adult.  No older siblings. 
 

This is a water play program; bring a bathing suit, towel and sunscreen. Weather permitting.

This program will take place at the Moriches Branch.

Families with children entering grades 1-6. No younger siblings.  

Bring your own item to Tie Dye!  

Japanese cartoons, a few Marvel moments, snacks and plenty of awesomeness. Register for each session.

Drop-In.  No registration required. 
 

Sign up with a friend to make thank you cards and pack treat bags for MBFD volunteers. Earn one hour of community service.

Drop-in to pet a therapy dog, tell a story or read a few pages of your favorite book.
