This workshop will cover the very basics of computers and laptops, such as common terminology and basic functions. Participants will practice using a mouse, saving and accessing files, and opening email and the internet. 

This is a hybrid chair boxing class that is fun, high energy. This workout blends boxing techniques with strength, cardio, and functional movement. Attendees can stay in the chair the whole class or stand if they choose.

Grab a prompt, write a story, and share it with the group or keep it for yourself.
