No prior experience is needed. We'll keep things straightforward and fun by using a limited color palette (just a handful of tubes) and only two brushes throughout the entire painting.

This in-person yoga practice is guided from a chair and a mat to provide options and variations for accessibility. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace and in a way that is kind to your body. It is a practice for beginners o
