Designed for adults with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum, or those who have other specific needs. All parents, facilitators, and/or guardians please stay for the duration of the program.

Come to this workout using a ball for strength training and to improve posture, flexibility, and mobility. There will be a warmup first, ball incorporated into the workout, and ending with a cool down.
Grades 2-5.
Classes will be held March 17 and 18.
You must attend both sessions to receive your certificate.
