Come to this workout using a ball for strength training and to improve posture, flexibility, and mobility. There will be a warmup first, ball incorporated into the workout, and ending with a cool down.
Pick up a packet of “Color A Smile" coloring sheets from the Moriches branch or Main building anytime in January. Color all 8 pages at home to earn 2 hours of community service.
