Come to this workout using a ball for strength training and to improve posture, flexibility, and mobility. There will be a warmup first, ball incorporated into the workout, and ending with a cool down.

Learn to dance the Hustle with professional dancer and instructor Michelle Vicale.  Let's take a trip to New York City's Studio 54!  Hustle originated in the 1970's during the disco era.  It evolved from Latin dance styles including
