Celebrate New Year's Eve with a countdown to noon! We'll have games, crafts, music, and more to ring in the New Year. This program may not be suitable for those with food allergies.

Come to this workout using a ball for strength training and to improve posture, flexibility, and mobility. There will be a warmup first, ball incorporated into the workout, and ending with a cool down. 

Come in and marvel at the talent of the local artist(s) who created our art display of the month! Open to all.
