Our favorite metal-detecting duo, Dan and Ray, will present on finding examples of 18th-century buttons, buckles, and other objects that defined the material culture in our area during the War for Independence, including British occupation of the Town of Brookhaven. Dan and Ray teach respect for objects, locations, and the rules that govern metal-detecting. Come listen and learn!
