There was no fast food in the 18th century- it could take you a whole day to make and bake a loaf of bread in a properly prepared brick oven. So, prepare your minds- and your tastebuds!- for a deliciously instructive journey back through time as we sample food enjoyed by our colonial ancestors. Our "18th-century guide" will be local Culinary Historian Diane Schwindt.
