Impressed with pictures from wooden molds, these holiday cookies date from the 14th century.  A legacy from German immigrants (and Hessian soldiers, ca.1776), precious Springerle cookies and the molds used to make them are passed down through families and generations.  A sweet treat and /or and holiday ornament for the tree, you, too, can start your own tradition.  Come learn the love and the lore with Diane Schwindt!
