 Newly-divorced Ivy Perkins is looking for change and buys an old farmhouse sight unseen.  She didn’t bargain on just how much of a labor of love it would be as the previous family left so much junk and furniture behind. 

 At the top of a closet, Ivy finds an old Santa suit―beautifully made and decades old.
