If you love books and pub-style trivia, Battle of the Books takes the best of both!
Battle of the Books is historically a reading competition for Children's and Teen's; and Suffolk County, for the first time, will be Battling with Adults!
Interested participants will be expected to read the three selected titles. With a team of peers and librarians, participants will train for the competiton which will be held July 18th, 2026 at the Sachem Public Library at 5pm in the evening.
At this information session, participants will learn the details for the Adult Battle of the Books competition. We will also discuss strategies to win, and determine coaching sessions.
